Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, who can see it and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. Last updated: September 2026.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through one of our forms:

• Prayer requests — your request, and optionally your name, phone number and email.
• Testimonies — your name, your testimony, and optionally your phone number and email.
• Connect submissions — your name, phone number, location, preferred contact method, reason for contact and message, and optionally your email.

This website does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial information of any kind.

Why we collect it

So that the pastoral team and leadership of Christ Restoration Ministries International can pray with you, respond to you and follow up personally. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Who can see it

• Prayer requests are visible only to authorised administrators and pastoral users.
• Requests marked confidential are visible only to the General Overseer and designated pastoral users. They are never published, never read out and never appear anywhere on this website.
• Testimonies are reviewed by church leadership. Nothing is published automatically — even where you have given permission, publication remains a decision of the church.
• Connect submissions are visible to administrators and the leaders assigned to follow up with you.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as it is needed for pastoral care and church records. Nothing is deleted automatically, and nothing is deleted on a timer — a prayer request stays until a member of CRMI leadership removes it.

You can ask us to delete anything you have sent, at any time, and we will. Contact us on the numbers below and tell us what you would like removed. Deletion is permanent and immediate once carried out.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted by role. Administrative access requires an individual account and password; accounts are not shared.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are useful — for example how many people viewed the events page. Prayer requests, testimonies and connect submissions are never included in analytics.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have given us, or ask what we hold about you. Message or call us on +232 78 041391 or +232 88 620829, or speak to a leader after any service.

Children

This website is not directed at children. If a young person under 18 sends a prayer request or connect submission, we handle it with particular care and will normally involve a parent or guardian in any follow-up.

If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
