Restoring Lives
for God’s Glory
We are an indigenous ministry with an international focus, called to reach, preach and teach the Word of God — and to see God’s people restored. Wherever you are on your journey, there is a place for you here in Freetown.
“And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places… and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.” Isaiah 58:12
Welcome
Welcome to Christ Restoration Ministries International
Christ Restoration Ministries International — also known as Restoration City — is a ministry committed to reaching, preaching and teaching the Word of God, with a passion for restoration, salvation, discipleship and bringing people into the Kingdom of Christ.
The vision that gave rise to this ministry came to our General Overseer on 21 June 2022 during quiet time with the Lord, and was strengthened by a second encounter in November 2022. From the beginning, the call has been clear: that God’s people should be restored.
Our Mission
Reach, Preach and Teach the Word of God
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations… teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” Matthew 28:18–20
Everything we do flows from this commission — and from the conviction that God restores what has been broken.
Our Mandate
Reach · Preach · Teach
Three words from our constitutional mission statement shape the whole life of the ministry.
01
Reach
We go to those who have not yet heard — in our community, across Sierra Leone and beyond — through evangelism, outreach and practical compassion.
02
Preach
We proclaim Jesus Christ crucified, risen and coming again, calling every person to repentance, salvation and restoration in Him.
03
Teach
We ground believers in the sound teaching of the Scriptures, discipling them in righteousness so they can stand, serve and lead.
Our Faith
What We Believe
We hold to the historic Christian faith as set out in the tenets of faith of our constitution — the authority of Scripture, salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and the present work of the Holy Spirit in His Church.
If you are considering visiting, we would rather you know exactly what is taught here before you arrive. Our beliefs are set out in full, with the Scriptures they rest on.
Explore Our Beliefs- The Godhead — We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
- The Fall of Man and Redemption — Man was created in God's image, fell through sin, and can be redeemed only through Jesus Christ.
- The Virgin Birth and the Person and Work of Jesus Christ — Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, crucified, risen and reigning.
- Repentance — Repentance is a genuine turning from sin to God, and is required of all who would follow Christ.
